Enrol With Us
How to Enrol
- Book a tour. Call us on (02) 7251 6222 or email us. Tours are a chance to meet our educators, see the rooms and ask anything.
- Join our waitlist through OWNA: Bright Blooms waitlist form.
- Accept your offer. When a place is available, we send you an offer and a link to complete your enrolment in OWNA. Please have ready your child’s birth certificate, their AIR Immunisation History Statement, any medical action plans, your direct debit details, and your and your child’s CRNs.
- Orientation. We arrange your meet and greet and orientation visits, and confirm your child’s permanent weekly booking.
New enrolments are for at least three days a week. If the days you would like aren’t available, we can add you to the waitlist for those days.
Orientation and Settling In
Before your child starts, we offer two orientation visits: a first visit of about an hour, then a shorter visit while you stay nearby. We can adjust the number and length to suit your child. You will complete an All About Me form so we know your child’s routines, likes and comforts from day one.
Every child settles in their own way. Some ideas that help:
- Plan shorter days at first.
- Talk about the centre and practise short times apart.
- Always say goodbye, rather than slipping away.
- Bring a comforter, and tell us what soothes your child.
- Get to know your child’s educators, and call or message the room any time.
We will send you updates in OWNA in the first days, and we will always call you if your child is unsettled.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you take a bond?
No. Two weeks of fees are charged in advance at orientation, then fees are charged weekly.
How much notice do I need to give?
Two weeks’ written notice to reduce your days or finish care.
Am I charged when my child is away?
Yes. Fees apply to booked days, including holidays, sick days and public holidays. CCS can be paid for up to 42 absence days per child each financial year.
Who will look after my child?
Each room has its own dedicated educators, and you will meet them at orientation. An early childhood teacher leads our Kielo Senior Preschool.
How will I know how my child’s day went?
Through daily snapshots, photos and messages in OWNA, and a chat with educators at pick-up.
What if my child is unwell or upset?
We will call you. If your child is unwell, we will ask you to collect them and to keep them home until they have been well for 24 hours.
Can someone else collect my child?
Yes, if they are named on your child’s enrolment or you authorise them in writing. We check their photo ID, and they must be 16 or older.
Do you support toilet learning?
Yes. We work with you so home and the centre use the same approach. Please supply pull-ups while your child is learning.
Can I visit during the day?
Families are always welcome. You can also share your culture, skills or hobbies with the children.
Can I take photos at the centre?
To protect every child’s privacy, families and visitors don’t take photos or videos at the centre. You will receive photos and stories of your child in OWNA.
Can other family members see OWNA?
Yes. Email us their name and email address and we will invite them.
